Drawing and painting were always important to me but over the past few years, my passion has centered on learning more about and perfecting my skills with oil paint. I search for subjects that make me happy and therefore would create positive feelings for others. Some comments that I have received are that my paintings are “charming,” “calming,” and demonstrate a “joie de vivre.”
I have been a part of group art shows at Art on the West Side, St. Matthew’s Church, Battle Ground Academy, Belle Meade Art Co-op, and The Bellevue Picnic. I have been the featured artist at numerous venues of the Franklin Art Scene and have a permanent display at The Bagbey House in downtown Franklin. My paintings were on display at the Williamson County Library in Franklin for two months.
Photos represent my Spring 2016 exhibits at the Williamson County Library and at the Bagbey House.
